Roger Moore, AIA, NCARB |
U. L. Coleman Companies would like to congratulate Roger Moore on passing the Green Building Certification Institute’s Building Design + Construction credentialing examination. Roger has been awarded the LEED AP BD+C credential providing him with the knowledge and skill in understanding the LEED Rating System and ability to facilitate the project certification process. Roger Moore, AIA, NCARB, is the in-house architect for Sequoia Construction LLC and consults to the organization regarding design, construction and development issues. The LEED AP BD+C credential provides a standard for professionals participating in the design and construction phases of high-performance, healthful, durable, affordable and environmentally sound commercial, institutional, and high-rise residential buildings. The Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) created this specialty credential to denote practical knowledge of the Green Building Design + Construction LEED rating systems: LEED for New Construction, LEED for Schools and LEED for Core & Shell.
With this accreditation our professionals can suggest ways to earn LEED® credits without extra cost, identify means of offsetting certain expenses with savings in other areas and spot opportunities for synergies in your project. U.L. Coleman Companies is taking great steps to offer compelling proof to our clients, and the public at large, that your environmental goals and building is performing as designed.
The U. L. Coleman Companies provide a full range of commercial real estate and multi-family residential services throughout Shreveport , Bossier City , and the southern region.
